OakPointe Architectural Form

Building a new fence?  Adding On? Installing a new Shed?  Doing some other outdoor home improvement project?  You're in the right place!

Before beginning a building project (e.g., fencing, out building, etc), homeowners must submit an Architectural Project Submission Form to request review/approval.

Association Board Meetings

Your Association board now meets bi-monthly at one of the homes in our neighborhood to discuss issues, finances, improvements, etc. Our goal is to make our neighborhood a nice place to live.  We welcome your input.  Go to the Contacts page to reach us.

Nov 15, 2011 -- Annual Association Meeting:  Each year we gather together for our Annual Homeowner's Meeting at Robinson Chapel. It is a good opportunity to meet each other as neighbors as well as hear about the year's events. It was a productive meeting with good turn out and discussion.

VANDALISM
-- Please be sure to keep YOUR HOUSE and VEHICLES locked.  If you see anything suspicious, don't hesitate to call the police.


HUNTING --  The association does not allow HUNTING in the OakPointe neighborhood.
